What is a back, neck and shoulder massage?
A back, neck and shoulder massage puts the whole session into the upper body. That is where sitting at a desk, driving and looking down at a phone tend to build the most tension.
Because the time is not spread across your whole body, the therapist can work that area properly. It is a good pick if your shoulders sit up near your ears by the end of the day.
Who books a back, neck and shoulder massage?
- Stiff shoulders that make turning your head hard
